To book a room you can either use the booking link below or call the reservation center at 1-877-685-5594 and reference block code QGL. Early check-in can be requested, however, it is not guaranteed. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival or No Shows will result in a charge equal to one night’s room and tax. The cutoff date for making your room reservation is 1/27/2025.
The rate reflected at booking is the room rate + $20 daily resort fee + $8.50 (rounded) Historic Preservation Fee.

The BBB nightly rate is $244 plus tax for single and double occupancy and is available three (3) days pre- and post- our meeting. Triple and Quad occupancy are slightly more.

There is a $10 daily resort fee which includes 2- $5.00 off drink cards for the 1912 Lounge, Fitness Center access, self-parking, Wi-Fi access throughout the resort, 1 bucket of range balls per guest, per stay (subject to availability), 15% off published rates at San Marcos Golf Course, booked up to 30 days in advance through golf course directly, 10% discount on Vaya Salon Services & Massage (on-site) and 2 bottled waters per day. Your confirmation letter will automatically show a resort fee of $20.00. This is an IHG standard, however, since this has been discounted to $10.00 per our BBB contract, the hotel will adjust that fee upon check-in.

SCHOLARSHIP
The Phoe-MIX Scholarship is intended to assist any BBB CEO whose BBB may not be financially able to fund the Phoe-MIX experience. Applicants who apply for this peer-funded scholarship have a true financial need as well as a desire to learn and share fresh, creative ways to build the BBB brand.
