To book a room you can either use the booking link above or call the reservation center at 1-877-685-5594 and reference block code ZAF. If you require an early check-in you will need to book the night before, otherwise early check-in can be requested, however, it is not guaranteed. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival or No Shows will result in a charge equal to one night’s room and tax. The cutoff date for making your room reservation is 1/20/2026. Any rooms needed after your cutoff date can be booked based on availability and need to be done directly through Jill Nash at jill.nash@sanmarcosresort.com or 480-857-4411.

The rate reflected at booking is the room rate + $20 daily resort fee + $8.50 (rounded) Historic Preservation Fee.

• The BBB nightly rate is $251 plus tax for single and double occupancy and is available three (3) days pre- and post- our meeting. Triple and Quad occupancy are slightly more.    

• There is a $10 daily resort fee includes 2 - $5.00 off drink card of your choice in 1912 lounge, WiFi access throughout resort, 24 hour access to fitness center, 2 bottled waters replenished daily, 1 bucket of range balls per guest, per stay (subject to availability), 15% off published rates at San Marcos Golf Course (up to 30 day advance booking. Your confirmation letter will automatically show a resort fee of $20.00.  This is an IHG standard, however, since this has been discounted to $10.00 per our BBB contract, the hotel will adjust that fee upon check-in.

• There is also a daily $8.50 Historic Preservation fee.
